| Given Germany and France's willingness to sell arms to a communist regime in China that may well be used against the US, their NATO ally, in any conflict over Taiwan, does this alliance any longer offer anything to the US?
Is it time for the US to reduce its North Atlantic commitment and move to a more South Atlantic, Indian and most importantly Pacific ocean orientation?
