Subject: Is Syrian leadership crazy?
newjarheaddean    4/4/2011 2:10:16 PM
AHOY, With the latest on this guy Radwan i believe. He was an American citizen from Egypt arrested in Syria last week or so. The government said he was a spy for Israel I believe and that he had confessed. Then today I saw on Democracy now that he was being release. My point why would the Syrian government arrest someone they had little or no evidence against. We all know there are hundreds if not thousands of U.S. citizens in all these foreign nations. Even those under travel warnings or bands etc. If we were dealing with truly crazy leaders it seems we would have many more cases like this. And in fact IMO there are more cases than reported. But it is a very small percentage. Which brings me to my next point. With all thats going on around the world, why did this case like others in the past get so much attention in the first place. Think "spy games" the movie. IMO Syria got something for him i.e. the "actual kings truth" is he was a spy. And like I've said before, I don't be leave truly crazy people could gain or keep control of a nation of millions. "I well bet my lucky star" IKYG G-day!
