Subject: 6 Nukes ride to Barksdale secretly

I noticed that nobody is saying much about how 6 nuclear warheads were loaded on "ACM"'s -Advanced cruise Missiles whtever they are according to USA TODAY that were then flown from Minot ND to Louisiana where it was discovered after they got to Barksdale that the ACM's had Nuclear War instlled on them. Any thoughts on how easy or hard this is to do?
