Even if its an accident, most in the ME will probably still believe the Mossad did it.

Maybe that's why the Iranian government did not announce the commissioning of 3,000 centrifuges today as was predicted by our friend Herc.

Well it was a hot rumor, with some claims that it had already been done, maybe the darn thing crapped out when they hit the start button. Spinning that fast and breaking down can really make a mess.
