Is secular republican Ibrahim Yazdi barred from the election? Can you please provide us with any link (English or Latin languages please!) to substantiate your martial description of top-cop Qalibaf as an armored cavalryman and a brilliant strategist that will rebuild Cyrus' empire under the green flag of Islam? Assuming he can beat the Islamonazi Rafsanjani, what do you have about him to prove that he is even more dangerous (to the Iranian people and to the rest of the region) than the white-bearded one?

You're the author, right? It's 2:00 AM here, and although the nearest university library is less than 1.5 mile away I'd better not try to get in. It'd be much better to get straight answers on these NEWS ITEMS from you sir, than to risk getting shot. Even during business hours, BIU has enormous ex-KGB Russian tchekist guards at the gates, and is about as welcoming as Ramleh Central Penitentiary anyway. This just in: two of the "moderates", although none of them any "secular" AFAIK, have been allowed by the mullahs to participate as candidates in the presidential elections after all: http://www.nytimes.com/2005/05/24/international/middleeast/24cnd-iran. html?ex=1117598400&en=7ab6bdd1e6cb272f&ei=5043&partner=EXCITE As soon as you condescend to pour some of your light onto the murky Iranian political situation for us, I hereby promise that I'll go looking for your book, and maybe even attempt to actually read it, even if there aren't any pictures in it.
