Subject: WWI terms

Am transcribing my grandfather's WWI war diary (Field Artillery). Recorded activities at Camp De Coetquidan, France, mention "The boys have been drilling and [O'Grady} work, semaphore signaling, etc." I am not sure I am correctly deciphering his cursive writing. There is definitely an O'something. There is no mention elsewhere of an officer named O'Grady. Any ideas?
