not to be mean or anything but history has proven that  European countries will never get along they will always feud over  small stuff.  One  thing i would like to know is why do so many people hate the U.S. have we not sent aid and military help to countries that ask for it.  We give money and food to countries that hate us and let we always seem like the bad guys

its because the us is the most powerful country in the world and is an easy target for everyone to slag off

This list is strange and doesn't mean a lot.I don't find it credible.
It is very strange that Japan is not there as a latent superpower
Japan is a giant industrial power, produce now most of their equipement (even some underUS licence), have an high tech army (evn if it supposed to be a defense force only) and have the capability to deploy quickly a strong nuclear force with ICBM.At least they are more powerful than India whom only advantage is manpower.

or could it be that the Americans that Europeans meet are arrogant, loud, obnoxious and rude.

That is a bug in any human beings psychology, not a feature specific to any one particular country.

According to the CIA and other Intelligence Services (European, Asian, African) this is the tally - based on a Combination of Manpower, Technology, Firepower, Training, Resources, Available Reserves, and Nuclear Potential (Current or Likely):
In fact to deploy a huge war power you need existing assets and ability to scale up
Existing assets: your army, its trained manpower and reserve, its skills, and technological and industrial military complex (defense base) including you own weapons design or weapons designs which can be produced in a reasonable time
Ability to scale up: total manpower, raw material access and reserves, financial an industrial power, ability to contract alliances or maitian them in time of crisis also
Ranking is clearly
USA, France, Russia, UK, German, Japan, China, Italy, India, South Korea for the ten biggest powers.
Country in italic are very close each other
However German and Japan have an huge industrial war potential and could easily move just after USA in less than 10 years and the list would become
USA, Japan, Germany, France, Russia, UK, China, Italy, India, South Korea based on war potential
China is too retarded still on technology to pretend to a better ranking even they have the manpower.Same for India.
South Korea is building its power silently but its industry is huge and diversified, they work on weapon design (like having a stealth fighter program for 2020) and could soon emerge as the third really active actor in eastern asia
Then at eleven rank and above currently you have Sweden, Israel, then Iran but Iran could be above in 10 years since they work a lot on acquiring by themselves technology and industrial potential.
Australia, Canada, Taiwan or Brasil have also some latent war potential and skills but not weapon design and this will need a lot of time to acquire them unless they get licences.Pakistan or North Korea has some potential but their industrial base are retarded.Turkey want to emerge.Ukrain or Spain or South Africa could emerge as well.Or Vietnam or Argentina or Romania or Poland in a longuer future.Rest of the world is almost zero.

Considering current will of governements we should have in ten  then fitteen years from current ranking
USA, France, Russia, UK, German, Japan, China, Italy, India, South Korea, for the ten biggest powers.
Country in italic or bold or underligned are very close each other
China rejoin second group of power then India
Iran and Brazil become close to Italy but with  a stronguer national will to climb.South Korea pass Italy.
USA, France, Russia, UK, German, Japan, China, India, South Korea, Italy, Iran, Brazil for the 12 biggest powers.
South Korea is investing like Iran, and Brazil start to invest and want to accelerate to enter UNO security council.
Australia could rejoin this group directly to level of South Korea or Italy in 10 years if Asian situation become tense and they feel at risk.Same for Spain considering they invest also.
Israel has a lot of power currently but its population is very weak, its industrial base depends a lot of will of USA to let it work, and so are close to their maximum potential.

Anybody can understand why diplomacy and armed forces are focused on China and Iran since they are changing their strategic position while they are not friendly with the western power group and have a will to challenge it.

*****If that's the case, then Japan, Germany, FRANCE, Italy And S.Korea should not be there 'cause they have 0 resorces exept a lot of hungry mouths.
