Read a bit about Graf Spee in 38 & it got me wondering about it. This radar, named Seetakt, was undergoing ship trials in 1937 and was spotted in use on the pocket battleship, Graf Spee, in 1938 during its intervention in the Spanish Civil War. http://spitfiresite.com/2010/04/deflating-british-radar-myths-of-world-war-ii.html/4
