Jeremy Scahill wrote the book on Blackwater.  He documented the company's history well, but it was so biased it wasn't even funny.  Scahill was definitely amongst the crowd who believes that if you're not a government employee you shouldn't be allowed to hold a gun.

With all of the social engineering going on openly gay and now females in combat arms. The next PC movement will be for the new diversity to "work".  The constrast will be even greater.

The military ought to have a lot of data on the former military personnel who become employees of those firms "who get things done".  Might find some interesting and useful things to look for and cultivate.
Of course, they are just as likely to be the people who cause trouble for the military bureaucracy in order to ‘getting things done’. In which case they need to look closer to home.
