Reactive, if you have larger chunk of text, then write it in separate text editor (like Notepad) and paste it to SP text editor. If SP editor 'eats' your text, try again, and again.
It happened to me twice, so far.

Outside of the cities, even countries with population densities like England's have vast areas of sparsely populated countryside. While it's true Greater London is large and densely inhabited, it is only a small fraction of the national area. Presumably any Iron Dome implementation would have to have access to an accurate and up-to-date GIS system. Britain has this is in the form of the Ordnance Survey databases (which record nearly every building in the country) and most modern countries have adequate equivalents.

You tend to want to use 2-d vane deflection in a solid rocket motor RCS nozzle or mid-candle vent system for fine direction control. The problem is making the vane pivot controllers small enough and the parts heat and corrosion resistant enough to last in a small hot rocket exhaust plumes in which the vanes must operate. Not easy.

Solid fuel does not prohibit thrust vectoring - it's just slightly more nozzle-specific because you can't gimbal the combustion chamber. Hybrid rocket (solid fuel + liquid oxidiser) designs allow for throttling but this can be achieved (at least in a pre-planned flight-profile sense) on solid rockets by adjusting the shape of the combustion chamber or altering the composition of the solid fuel itself along its length.

I think its a solid fuel motor based on the burning rocket motor candle that hit the ground.
This document claims its a sol...
