I wonder does anybody buy Chinese national surveillance system. There is an uproar about Huawei and other Chinese tech companies, because their products could allow Chine to spy on customers. Two decades ago people had similar concerns about Cisco and Microsoft. Still do. Such complex, omnipresent and far reaching system could expose host country wide open, if the rumors are true. There would be no secrets left, whatsoever. Which countries would want to risk that ? Perhaps those who fear their own people much more than any outsiders. However, those often could not afford it, and/or don't have the basic infrastructure in place.
