Subject: Lots of Dark green gay Marines
newjarheaddean    4/16/2011 10:12:47 AM
AHOY, WARNING; if you are offended by talk about sexual orientation or have problems talking about prejudices with different races don't read this, And don't sign up for the USMC. "Tell it to the Marines" Lets see who wants to get real! This Vietnam veteran Marine, once told me before I went to boat camp, to "keep your distance from the blacks in the Corp". I as a kid instantly thought he was being prejudice and now I'll say talking in terms of the old stereo types. How ever he continued, "I mean it, there are lots of them that are gay". I WAS SHOCKED, AND LAUGHED OUT LOUD, LOOKING AT HIM LIKE HE WAS CRAZY! What! I said, those guys kick ass man, look at all the boxing champions. And how could there be gays in the Marines at all! He said just remember what I told you, and see for yourself. I asked another veteran about this and he to told me that it was true. I went to my dad, and he gave me a lecture about life and told me to take there advice and that he wished I would join the Army. I told him Thats were the fags are. LOL I'm telling the truth. SO LIKE I'VE SAID ON MY CRUISE I DISCOVERED THIS FOR A FACT. My platoon 3rd Platoon i.e. (Goons) of Charlie Company First Battalion Fifth Marines had many more Black gay Marines than strait ones. AND I'll SAY NOW IF ALL THE NAMES OF THOSE DISCHARGED FOR BEING GAY ARE EVER KNOWN IMO THERE WELL BE VERY FEW DARK GREEN MARINES ON THAT LIST. Even though the ratio is very high for the blacks. So thats right I'm accusing the Corp of having a double standard, and using the Dark Green Marines to aid in the "black balling" LOL anyone they wish to destroy. And don't think for one minute I'm saying that lots of whites and orientals etc. etc. Marines are not gay. They are, but my experience has shone me that being with a black man means you can't go back lets say. And that is true in the gay community too. IMO ONLY A FINE LOOKING LADY CAN GET AWAY WITH THAT AND STILL GET LAID BY A MEMBER OF ANOTHER RACE. However IMO she well find it difficult to find anyone to marry her. "Tell it to the Marines" "I well bet my lucky star" IKYG G-day!

AHOY,

I just wanted to make sure everyone knew I understand the meaning of....

"Tell it to the Marines"

It is generally agreed that this is probably of British origin dating back to King Charles II.

Duke of York and Albany?s Maritime regiment of foot,  (who) became the Royal Marines. An officer of this regiment was responsible for the origin of tell it to the Marines. It seems that Charles the second had granted audience to the captain of the ship Defyance, which had recently returned from a cruise in the Indies. Who told of the trip with tales of many strange and wonderful things. The King accepted as much as he could.

But when the captain told of seeing fish that flew through the air, it was too much for the royal ears. Fish that fly through the air! Exclaimed the monarch. Sir such a thing is beyond our believing, he turned to sir William Killigren, a member of his court, and colonel of the newly formed maritime regiment.

What say you, sir to a man who tells for truth that he has seen fish that fly like birds? I should say, you?re majesty, replied the colonel, that he hath sailed in southern water. When your majesty?s business carried me thither of late I did frequently see such a sight.

The king turned to Samuel Pepys his secretary of the admiralty. Mr. Pepys, from the very nature of their calling, no class of our subjects has as wide a knowledge of the seas and lands as the officers and men of our loyal maritime regiment. Henceforth, whenever we cast doubt upon a tale that lacketh likelihood we well tell it to the Marines. If they believer it, it is safe to say that it is true.

So IMO I am not unlike the Captain here, take that CMC Amos.

Gone to Florida to fight the Indians. Will be back when the war is over.

CMC Col. Archibald Henderson, USMC, (5th CMC) on a note pinned to his office door, 1836

I just like that one too.

AHOY,

LOL, the bloody truth is coming, the bloody truth is coming...

On another thread a while ago I said I did not wear panties, the truth is I use to but I'm just to old for that now. LOL And everyone knows why I'm posting this info. Its not just that I'm upset with the Corp, I'm just making the point that it's a fascade.  The CMC is no different than the Wizard of Oz. The Corp told me I was not wanted, when all I ever complained about was that we did to much running and other exercising and  were not combat ready.

They should have never let this white boy (Marine) out of the slaves shad (Marine Barracks) they put me in.

AHOY,

I realized after transferring this post to my blog and modifying it a bit, that members could misunderstand me and still think I do not understand the meaning of "tell it to the Marines"

So let me clarify it is sir William Killigren's, knowledge i.e. his ability to confirm the report from the Captain that gives birth the the phase.

At the end of the post I wrote that I was not unlike the Captain. Meaning I am telling truth to power. However it is my Marine cruse that gave me this knowledge I speak of and thus the reason for the phase being put in my post.

Although in hinesight it would have been a bit more clever for me to use "Telling it to the Marines".

ANYWAYS!

AHOY,

a couple of years or so ago I posted this on another site. I've now corrected some of the spelling and mistakes I made on the first post. For example I stated the low crawl and taking place at MCRD, semply meaning during boat camp. One of the members got a big kick our of bring up the fact that there was no thickets at MCRD etc. He was right but like I said I was simply mean during boat camp.

ANYWAYS! I star on the corp right at the begining.

AHOY,

I wish I could reveal who I am. However this would I feel endanger people I care for.

So I have had to change some names to protect the innocent. I can issuer you the actual names are no less ironic.

And that everything stated actually happen. IMO every Marine has had similar experiences. At the time during the early 80s I compared notes with my bub who had graduated two week ahead of me.

My dad a Marine, never wanted me to be one. So one day he called me into the study where he always read the paper and told me to have a seat. And then he began reading to me what turned out to be a series of news paper articles titled “So you want to be a Marine”. I believe the paper was the San Antonio Light, this would have been in 1977 or 78. It covered all the sweet and tears, spit and gret, barking etc.

Now at one point the article describes a night scene where the recruits are crawling thru all this brush and this one recruit comes across a large snake just feet from him.

Two years later in an area (I believe it is known as the northern training area basically an annex of Camp Pendleton. where we went to the rifle range and field exercises) I to came across a large snake in a thicket my platoon was low crawling through, about 3 feet away, it really stopped me in my tracks. All you Marines know it’s true, the D.I.s are yelling and flares are going off etc. I then realized that there must be a tunnel below me with a trap door and that snake at best was on a leash held by a DI i.e. I was on a conveyor belt, this was a game. I later reasoned that they most likly spray for bugs and use ultrasound equipment to control would be invaders, no scorpion strings where ever reported. IMO those river crossings at Camp Lejeune are nothing but murky pools.

Now lets go deeper down the rabbit whole...

There were three sgts or D.I.s. The senior a Staff Sgt. who was beyond approach, the King. Then there was Sgt Y he was a demon that could not be pleased and always dogged us even going over board, when he had us to himself (“I got duty to night”). Then there was sgt. X sometimes a Cpl. he was the one who at times would actually let up and talk to you and allow you to stand at ease. And that is the template for every platoon.

So then there was this, everyone knows this one. There was a recruit named (I’m going to use a phonetic spelling) “One song”, and oriental gentleman. As we stood in open ranks Sgt X approach and with that DI style of intensity began (TO MY DISBELIEF) the old…. ONE SONG, what kind of (F)ing name is ONE SONG? ONE SONG, are you from the Philippians or some (place lol). And One song busted out with SIR NO SIR, PVT One song is from TEXAS! And the Sgt. Continued, TEXAS! Etc., you all know the drill. And every Marine of the 80s era or before, knows, I’m not joken.

Now hold on to your boots, because there were two other recruits one named Junior who looked like he was 90 years old, I mean frail, wrinkled, hunched over and even had a Large lower lip that twitched when the D.I.s got on him. And the other recruit was Muncer, he looked like a hideous monster, over sided forehead, unbelievable creases and dimples i.e. craters on his face combined with a mole and a birth mark that looked like a burn.

Now these two could not get anything right. IMO they were basically used by the D.I.s for demonstrating every manor of discipline allowed (and some that were not) at MCRD. Then came the last two weeks of basic training including, final drill and inspection were approaching.

One day the senior sounded off, J U N I O R and we all repeated sir PVT Junior aye aye sir. As he dashed forward to bang on the seniors office hatch, the senior sounded off, M U N C E R. etc. They reserved a good tong lashing and where sent to pack there bangs, they were done. And every recruit’s heart went out to them, they had not quite, but they were being dropped.

Two years later I just happen (lol) to see Sgt. Muncer in full dress blues at the airport, and I’ll just say he was totally out of character.

AHOY,

Now recall I have admitted having sexual relations with the dark green marines. And I have stated my belief about prodigiousness. That being that imo we are all prejudices against any one or thing that is different. And imo it is the struggle to fight these prejudices that matters. Kind of like people admitting they are alcoholics if that is the case. First we must define the problems then we can work through them, on  a personal or in this case CORPS situation.

So DRUGS, yes it was the Dark Green Gay and strait Marines who introduced me to DRUGS. Everyone who has known me from child hood knows I never touched the stuff before my Marine Corp cruse over seas.  More on this later.

Right now I wont to address something I've noticed. Look how long my thread has remained at the top of this board. It looks like we are long over due for a Marine Thread according to the numbers i.e. dates from previous years. And then I noticed the "Zodiac Killers" thread originally posted 06/22/11 05:40 just below my thread.

You see I've been getting lots of repeats in my e-mail DLS links, and I reserved this Zodiac thread on 07/14/11 dated 07/13/11. I've also looked and do not see any repeat head lines at least, for any of the years listed in the overall record of DLS.

I recently e-mailed the office about links in my e-mails going to error pages, and then twice got a Strategypage error page the next time I clicked on the reply gadgets to reply to the same members post. All other members reply gadgets worked.

And then with the Zodiac Killers link I received on the 14th this is what happened. EVERY LINK IN MY EMAIL TOOK ME TO A PAGE THAT WAS BLANK AND JUST CONTINUED TO LOAD. I HIT THE NEXT AND THE NEXT, AND WHEN I CLICKED ON ZODIAC KILLERS ALL THE LINKS FINISHED LOADING AT ONCE.

So yeah i'M thinking there is some B.S. prejudice coward games being played here. AND THANKS FOR PROVING ME RIGHT. " when it comes to persecution and suffering, that fairy tail about christ ain't got nothing on me." And if the system can put you in the Black column they well thus the term "black balled" lol
