What's this I'm hearing about new American "Naval Infantry" who are not Marines?

Doesn't exist.
 
There are communities that work on the ground, well inland sometimes, and some of those are pretty extensively trained for land warfare (SEAL/SWCC, EOD, Riverine) but they're not "infantry" by mission, training, or organization.
