Subject: how many BCT are enough

Hey Folks, How many BCT sould the USA have? What if these were Reserve units or Guard units. How many would you get for 20 billion USD in guard or active? What if they were all IBCT?? all SBCT or all HBCT or what would be your desired mix???? Sincerely, Keith
