WATERS SOUTH OF JAPAN (Nov. 23, 2015) The Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) transits the ocean after completion of Annual Exercise (AE) 16. AE16 is an annual event to increase interoperability between Japanese and American forces through training in air and sea operations.
