SOUTH CHINA SEA (March 10, 2014) Gunner\'s Mate 3rd Class James Vest fires a MK 38 25mm machine gun during a live-fire exercise aboard the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19).
