MEDITERRANEAN SEA (April 29, 2011) Marines assigned to the 22nd Expeditionary Unit (22nd MEU), run while wearing M50 gas masks aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5). 22nd-MEU is deployed with Amphibious Squadron (PHIBRON) 6, embarked aboard Bataan, as part of the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group.
