CAPE CANAVERAL AIR FORCE STATION, Fla. -- A Boeing Delta IV heavy launch vehicle lifted off from here on a demonstration mission for the Air Force's evolved expendable launch vehicle program. The mission is to send the satellite into a geosynchronous Earth orbit.
