The U.S. Air Force 2004 budget ($93.5 billion) is spending $14.1 for flight operations (fuel, spare parts, maintenance) and $16.5 billion for new aircraft (22 F-22s, five C-130Js, 52 T-6A trainers, Four RQ-4A Global Hawks UAVs, 16 RQ-1 Predator UAVs, two CV-22 Ospreys and four Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicles (EELV) satellite launchers.
