Canada has ordered its fleet of 18 CP-140 (PC3 Orion) maritime patrol planes to remain under 10,000 feet until all can be inspected for corrosion. A contractor working on one of the Canadian Orions found that some of the skin panels had delaminated and that corrosion was present. This could, theoretically, have caused an explosive decompression in flight. --Stephen V Cole
