A Burundian rebel FNL leader, Eugene Sinzumunsi, was arrested in the capital, along with four other rebels, by the police. Sinzumunsi was arrested in the home of Nephtalie Ndikumana, a former rebel leader who had joined the government. The remaining FNL rebels are basically fighting over how much money and government jobs they will get for laying down their weapons.
