A car bomb went off outside an upscale Baghdad restaurant, killing eight and wounding over 30. Nearly all the victims were Iraqi. This attack was probably al Qaeda, as some Saddam supporters (who still comprise most of those with money in Iraq) were in the restaurant. But alcohol was being served in the restaurant, which is anathema to the Islamic purists who populate al Qaeda. The pro-Saddam "Iraqi resistance" has shifted most of its attacks from American troops to foreigners and Iraqis
