Police in New Delhi, India, discovered a 55 bag of explosives in a train station.

India claims that some of the men held for the murder of Hindus in an attack last year on a Hindu temple, said that the operation was planned by Islamic terrorist organizations based in Pakistan. India believes that Pakistan is trying to foster violence between Moslems and Indians in India. If Moslems can be convinced to attack Hindus, the growing number of Hindu nationalists will retaliate and a cycle of violence will escalate.

Pakistani police arrested 18 Taliban suspects in southwest Pakistan, and seized a large cache of weapons and explosives. Apparently this group of Taliban were not protected by a local tribe.
