Another bomb went off in eastern Pakistan, wounding 14. No one has taken credit for the bombing so far this month, but ethnic conflicts are suspected. The government blames India. Meanwhile, the Pakistani government has banned Islamic radicals from soliciting contributions. In Kashmir, Indian police killed seven rebels, including two who were attempting to attack the main airport.
