Kyrgyzstan expects a third annual invasion of Islamic militants through the Ferghana valley. This area lies astride the borders of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. Once the snow melts in June, the militants are expected to start their movement from camps in Afghanistan and Tajikistan. Kyrgyzstan will have troops waiting, as well as radio monitoring detachments to listen in to militant's communications.
