Improving diplomatic relations between India and the United States is expected to have beneficial effects for American infantrymen. Negotiations are under way for American troops to use Indian Jungle Warfare School and the High Altitude Warfare school in Kashmir (whose territory includes some of the Himalayan mountains.)
