Lead your platoon in the jungles of Vietnam to defeat the Viet Cong and NVR. The game lets you participate in ambushes, ground assaults, helicopter assaults and amphibious assaults. You get to choose to control units that include US Army, US Marines, North Vietnamese Regulars, and Viet Cong--including recon, sappers, and heavy weapon units. Any of the following vehicles may be under your command: M-48, Huey, Cobra, M-113, the Marine LVTP5 amphibious vehicle, and many others.
Squad Battles: Vietnam is a turn-based game at the squad-level using 40 meter hexes and 5 minute turns. You get to choose scenarios covering the major campaigns of the Vietnam War such as Starlite,
Cedar Falls, Tet, and Hamburger Hill all.
