 The government has been successful at delaying the arrival of relief supplies, and peacekeeping troops, in Darfur. As a result, the 1.5 million Darfur refugees are weakened by starvation, exposure and disease. As many as 300,000 of these civilians could die by the end of the year. It's slow motion mass murder by the government.
