Leaders of the NPA are telling their followers that they should fight more like the Iraqi Sunni Arab rebels. This means using roadside bombs, RPGs and more kidnapping and terror. The Iraqi resistance, because it is played up by the press, is seen by many around the world as successful. The NPA, which has been having a hard time lately, is looking for new ideas to reverse their fortunes.
