In Zamboanga, the bodies of four MNLF rebels were found, apparently killed by civilian vigilantes. Some 2,000 troops surrounded the city and sought to round up any stray MNLF rebels. The soldiers are also trying to control civilian vigilantes seeking to kill MNLF members.
