Palestinian terrorists fired on Israeli troops in the West Bank, there were no casualties. In Gaza, Israeli troops finished destroying military facilities. Nearby, Palestinian Authority police searched for the men who killed former security chief Moussa Arafat. There are over a dozen heavily armed militias in Gaza, that do not obey the orders of the Palestinian Authority. At the same time, the Palestinian Authority refuses to put pressure on these armed groups when attacks on Israel are made. Most of these armed groups are dedicated to the destruction of Israel, but also earn their way with criminal activities.
