 Iran agreed to drop their demand to keep 20 centrifuges for further uranium enrichment research, but not all nuclear research. At the same time, Iran is now accused of having yet another secret nuclear weapons development program that is literally underground, in a tunnel near Isfahan. Iran is also accused of getting nuclear weapons technology from Pakistan. Europe wants to certify that Iran is keeping its promises to not develop nuclear weapons, but Iran is making this difficult. Europe also wants to revive economic relations with Iran, but this cannot be done if Iran is still trying to make nuclear weapons. Europe also cannot ignore the growing menace of Islamic radicalism inside Europe, when dealing with Iranian Islamic radicals trying to build nuclear weapons.
