20, 2007: The U.S. State Department refused an Indonesian request to
cancel travel warnings. The current Islamic radical violence in Sulawesi,
and threats by Islamic terrorists to again bomb tourist areas like Bali. The
police are taking more vigorous action against Islamic radicals, and the
radicals are fighting back.

16, 2007: Two more bombs went off in Central Sulawesi, but they
were, like earlier ones, small and detonated when few people were around.

14, 2007: Three bombs went off in Central Sulawesi. Half the
population here is Christian, and Islamic radicals have been attracted to the
area, in order to drive out the non-Moslems. Police have arrested some
300 Islamic terrorists in the past four years, and aborted dozens of terrorist
attacks. Police raided a terrorist hideout and seized seven bombs. Police are
still looking 19 Islamic terrorists who were active over the last six years,
and causing thousands of deaths.

12, 2007: In East Timor, peacekeepers have forced the inept police chief,
and his two deputies, to resign. With that, there was more progress in tracking
down rebels who were still at large.
