The fighting along the Bhutan border has not only led to six rebel bases being captured and destroyed, but some rebel leaders have been arrested. In four days of operations, some 130 insurgents have been killed, while another 90  have surrendered to the Royal Bhutan Army (RBA). Some 130 rebels have been killed so far, including  40 from the NDFB, 38 ULFA and 12 from the KLO.
