Colombia: June 15, 2005

The governments increasing success against rebel and drug gangs has induced more and more of the drug business to move to nearby Peru and Bolivia. The Colombian drug gangs, and the rebel organizations (FARC, ELN, AUC) that evolved into support organizations for them, are also going international.
