FARC rebels attacked the town of Puerto Rico , in Caqueta province, 320 kilometers south of the capital, killing six town council members, four police officers and a city official. The rebels attacked during a town council meeting. FARC is still trying to terrorize town governments into supporting FARC, or at least not interfering with FARCs criminal activities.
