A recent CIA report warned that China was putting much effort into attacking the United States and Taiwan via the internet. Much has been written about this, and the threat of "practice attacks" by "Chinese students" this Summer. Meanwhile, recent Taiwanese military exercises have had large Internet warfare components, with the uniformed geeks launching and defending against Internet attacks.
