Serb President Vojislav Kostunica told European journalists that former Serb dictator Slobodan Milosevic wouldn't be prosecuted "anytime soon." Reuters quoted Kostunica as saying "We need to create the institutional conditions to put questions of responsibility on a legal basis, rather than using revolutionary justice...the people are hungrier for food than they are hungry for revenge or justice."
