My general unfortunate observation is that a poor unfed population may revolt but truly cannot do much besides complain. Finanacing arms and food from other sources is required. Considering DMZ is 100% impregnable and China is not gonna allow AK47s to goto N Koran dissidents the poor class of N. Korean population has a stark reality- death.
