As far as it stands today, think only oe of France or Russia would be willing to veto, does the new resolution increase the numbers to vote yes?
Not sure we will get all maybe 7-8 votes yes, but more than than the no's will get

According to CNN.com the US/UK/Spain need only 1 more vote to get the go ahead with the resolution. US officals think they can count on votes by Angola, Bulgaria, Cameroon, and Guinea. It is believed that Pakistan will change its abstention: 'In addition, U.S. and Pakistani officials said Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf can be counted on for his support when a vote happens this week.' link
