Subject: UN has no credibility
Spiku    1/30/2003 5:30:52 AM
Failed attempt at world government, where the three most powerful countries in the world, and France and Britain. -_-;; World needs multiple superpowers in order to get a VARIETY of biased opinions, and so one countires interests don't go unchallenged. China has been climbing the ladder to superpower-dom for quite some time now, and Russia, though only a shadow of the strength of the Soviet Union, is still incredibly powerful, and trying to rebuild under capitalism.

Hate to break the news to you, but the US does not have all that much power in the UN. China and Russia are both permanent members of the UN Security Council, and thus have as much power in the UN as the US do. And the number of countries inside the UN that are "friendly" to the US is smaller than the number that are apathetic or hostile the US. So to say that the US, UK and France are too dominant is not accurate.
