How did this get on TV in the age of political correctness

| Every year at new years eve the Dutch light huge amounts of fireworks as celebration. Also every year the Dutch govt. makes commercial urging the Dutch public to use common sense in using firework and pointing out safety issues.
This year the commercial is a tiny bit politically incorrect.... OK I'm lying it was very very politically incorrect, which suprised the hell out of me. This is sooo out of character for the usually very correct Dutch TV.
