MOst of the European based Marxist radicals are has beens. The Maoists in Nepal, the Lord's Resistance Army in Uganda, the PFLP who are Marxists Palestinians (unlike their Islamist Hamas rivals), Tamil Tigers in Sri Lanka, PKK in Turkey and Peruvian Shining Path are still about.
