Subject: Don't be surprised...! Cause' this doesn't look good!
Panther    3/14/2004 3:24:22 PM
Spain, trusting current reports... is about to pull out of the coalition in iraq! with a big socialist win being reported in their elections. Well... my american compadres' don't be surprised, when the spanish fury is systematically turned against us by the state. Why! Because we (supposively) LIED, and we're (Supposively) EVIL, and we're ultimately responsible for everything under the sun! To sum it up... They were tried & they proved weak! When EVIL showed it's head in madrid about 4 days ago, GOOD was taking a holiday! Farewell Spain, A very beautiful place, that's about to turn very ugly in a very short time! MY GOD, i hope i'm wrong about all of this!

Here's the funny part. My campus newspaper, which usually only prints op-ed pieces if they bash Bush and the war (on terror, on Iraq, on drugs...all wars are bad, y'know, except for WWII, because Hollywood makes kewl movies about it). Today, however, they ran two: one from a conservative, and the other from the newspaper's editor (who is about as left-wing as you can get). Both said the same thing: Spain pulling out of the Coalition is a mistake that both they and the rest of the world will pay in blood for. If the campus lefties are scared, then this is something to be scared about.

Maybe this might be the time to reflect on our strength as a nation, recognize politics for what they are & understand anarchy & destruction always lurks just right around the corner! There only one line protecting us right now, and a very thin line it is indeed. God Bless our Troops!

As my opinions and concerns evolve through these events and the comments posted here, I conclude that Western Europe?s population is more diametric to our domestic views than I ever thought. Western Europe has been politically different than the US for more than 40 years. Europe?s love affair with American music, movies, pop culture, etc has lured us to believe that we still share VALUES with Europe. The strategic mistake I believe the US may be making is: believing European Governments, though publicly professing active participation in the War on Terror, do not reflect the true ?grass roots? convictions of their electorate. Have Europeans become so dependant on the guarantees State Socialism provides, they are willing to accommodate an unspoken assurance from AQ: if they ?toe the line? they will be safe until ?later?? If so, socialism (liberalism) is more dangerous to the US than AQ.

"If so, socialism (liberalism) is more dangerous to the US than AQ." appleciderus - socialism, feminism, liberalism and their various offshoots and cross-ideologies are indeed the primary threat to Europe. Over the past 40 years they have followed a two pronged strategy. 1) Destroy European traditional values and deconstruct European moral ability to defend itself (everything nowadays is considered the fault of the Europeans if you go back far enough). 2) Allow hostile populations to migrate into Europe and remain unassimilated even in 3rd and 4th generation. A combination of these two strategies has led to the disastrous situation we see in Europe today. If this situation continues, much of Europe in 50 years will be an Islamic caliphate, some parts much sooner than that. Demographics clearly point that way... Muslim immigrants (even of later generations) have birth rates 3-4 times higher than native Europeans and more immigrants are incoming. In France Muslims already make up 10% of the population and in the Netherlands Muslims are expected to make up the majority of under 20 year olds by 2020! Hopefully, USA will accept some of us as refugees if we fail to stop Europe's fall to Islamic radicalism try as we may.

This has been one of the most constructive forums Ive read thus far. AK and Elbandeeno, I have been saying for years, that the constitution of the United States is now at the mercy of a terrorist attack. The fact is that many on the left in our country take the same view as those on the Spanish left. After a major city in the US is put out of action by a nuke or some other WMD attack, there will be great debate. Many will argue that we must finally defeat Islam using everything at our disposal, while an equal amount will blame the neocons(Jews) for starting this mess with AQ and as being the real root of all evil in this world. This may lead to anarchy and civil war. At one time I considered myself to be left of centre, however today's left wing is almost as blatantly anti-democratic as Lenin or Mao. The real left wingers were the JFKs and the Martin Luther Kings of the 1960s. The ones who truly fought for freedom. Right now the campus left is made up of none other than anti-democratic movements, be they socialists(commies), Anarchists(fascists) or Muslims(Islamofascists). One blatant example of the new fascists and totally unliberal left can be seen in the example of a paper I wrote on globalization for a University course on Political economy. When I sought to lay out an argument relating to how indigeonous inhabitants of third world nations have gained significant economic benefit from Globalization and the prescence of MNC's in their country, with the use of various facts and sources, I received a poor grade. Many of the comments relating to my paper were simply, "not true" and "this is not the case." After this experience I had to repent for my thought crime, by towing the campus communist line for the remainder of the semester, not that I agreed with it or anything. Additionally the patron saints of campus are Noam Chomsky and Karl Marx respectively.

link Oh and by the way, notice in the article where it mentions them possibly to try recruiting one of our own citizen/s. (Special note: Nothing to be especially alarmed about, yet! Hopefully it will turn out to be a false alarm! But the spectre of madrid will be hanging over us as a nation and our other allied coalition countries, who as well face their own elections later this year! Very chilling indeed!!

Well if "Jimmy" of all people can be included (by implication) in your description of terrorists it simply proves how split this country is.
