Can anyone point to any incidents in either Afghanistan or Iraq where the MV-22 would have been an asset?

At high altitude the horizontal mode would have worked far better than the vertical mode of other helos; not known how well the vertical mode would work. In AF, Apache scarcely made it, d/k the UH-60, I believe the Chinook CH-47 was the warhorse of that conflict. How does V-22 compare to CH-47?
