Hmmm... I'm thinking we're once agian overestimating what the Russians can do. The defense spending for FY 02 of the US is estimated at three times what Russia and China together will spend. Given that, unless the Russians are developing amazing production techniques, or perhaps perfect training simulators based on spare 486 computers bought at second hand stores in this country, I don't see them being anything other than the joke they've been for some time.
