Free consultation, you schedule your own surgery (within days)...friendly payment plans.

tell your mom to bring her visa...card, not document.

Is it a hernia, Zoo?  I got mine fixed within two weeks of diagnosis, and that's only because I wanted to wait until the semester was over.  My insurance covered 75% of costs, which were pretty reasonable...though since you live in California, good luck.

Most hernia repair is outpatient, which will save on hospital costs.

If you were rich, you could be recovering already.
If you were rich and morally superior, you'd be recovering and have paid a low-income person's bill while you were there.
If you were neither rich nor moral, and just sitting around complaining and waiting for the government to force you and everybody else to do something about the things you personally don't like, you'd just be a democrat.

Le Zookeeper    Sentinel whatever u got-   10/4/2009 4:36:20 AM

Thats too high, my deductible is $1500 max-annually- its an HSA, its a good plan so no worries here. I am shocked u had to split that much. THats probably an individual policy, I have a good group cal-cobra. My premium is just 90 bucks a month with Obamas 65/35 split. I got a deal.

Le Zookeeper    Platy I am not a democrat-   10/4/2009 4:45:43 AM
The Republican party is as bad so - not much is different, 10 more bad years hang in there if we are lucky by 2013 or so
it will be good times- meanwhile I am considring moving to Hawaii for my recovery- its close enough.

I'll worry about Platy, thankyouverymuch. I believe you have a hernia, I honestly hate to hear you are suffering, but i don't believe a word you say in general, and for the most part here....but I'll play...I'm easy like Sunday morning.
I'm too am also filthy stinking rich, only it's because I married my highschool sweetheart, she's as hot as the day is long, and we have two smart, polite, well-adjusted, popular children...it's them I worry about, and it's you who backs the confiscation of a portion of their lives for something that is an inconvenience to you. You are willing to take 900 Billion (enough to cover 180 million families at my rate...That's pretty much all of us) dollars out of their lifetimes...not to cover them, but just to ensure they pay for a product you love to hate.

Anyway, get well soon..or go away even sooner, as per your plans.

For this time the system works in my favor, while I was diagnosed for hernia, simultaneously I got diagnosed for some heart problems, and I am already scheduled for corrective action soon (CT scan done). That was fast. Faster than 99% of humanity could expect thx to Kaiser Permenante. I am scheduled for surgery or catherization soon. And then of course the original hernia surgery. Hey for once I thank private insurance.
