Some random thoughts: I wish the government of the United States would tener cojones start a much more aggressive war against the distributors and users of the products imported by the cartels. Veterans from the WoT can be employed to go after the distributors and users. Bust everyone down to Joe College smoking a joint in his dorm room. Eliminate the North American market. Have a mandatory course at all colleges: The Economics of Illegal Consumable Substances. Joints 101. Have a series on TV tracing the narcotics trade using all that has been described in this article. Use enough gory detail to generate objections from those with weak stomachs. It would be Reality TV on steroids.
