Subject: It has been brought to my attention....

that about 116 brave Canadian soldiers have died while fighting in Afghanistan since 2001 and in the most inhospitable regions of that country. If i may say, You all have my profound sympathy and deepest respect, especially for the families who have lost loved ones. May they rest in peace!
