Subject: Who has the best frigates

the us has the oliver perry class frigates but it seems not so advanced as other frigates ive seen so who has the best frigates remember quality bot quantity

A bit off topic, anyone has any input about how they guys on the Álvaro de Bazán are doing within the Roosvelt carrier group?. My sources are Spanish (ususally specialized media) and invariably they concede a high regard to the Spanish forces when they take part of joint exercises, operations and so forth...I'd like to have some input from other sources less likely to be biased, just to have a cross reference. Thanks. Tercio
